Financial Giving to the work of St Edmund’s Church
As the family of St Edmund’s Church, we consider it a responsibility and a joy to contribute financially to the shared mission and ministry of God’s Church here in Roundhay. So, we ask all our members and worshippers of our faith community to commit to regular, planned, faithful and generous giving to St Ed’s Church.
The majority of our income comes from the generous donations of our church family, and all of this money goes straight back into funding the work and ministry of the church, both here in Roundhay, across other churches and organisations in the Leeds Diocese and across the world as we seek to support other mission organisations. The income we receive helps us to explore faith across all ages and generations, support and meet the needs of others in our community and maintain our beautiful and historic church and church hall buildings. There are a range of ways to give but the best way to give is regularly; putting aside a small amount each week or month quickly adds up and really helps us to plan for the future.

Occasional Giving Online
We are thankful for regular giving from our congregation members but also for additional one-off financial gifts from our church family or occasional visitors and generous donors. If you would like to make a one-off donation you can give online using our secure online giving platform, Give A Little.

Occasional Giving in Church
If you would like to give at one of our services, you can do so into the collection plates as you enter the church. You can also use the contactless giving unit. The welcomers will be able to direct you to these giving methods.
Gift Aid
If you are UK Tax payer, we can claim back 25p on every £1 you donate through the Gift Aid scheme without any cost to you. We can do this no matter how you give. To permit us to do this, please complete this Gift Aid Declaration.
